I have a background in care work and enjoy working with all kinds of people. I studied Clinical Psychology at Kent University, and then did a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology at London Metropolitan University, finishing in 2004. I am trained to work with cognitive, systemic and psychodynamic theory. This means I am very adaptable to the needs of my clients. I have practiced counselling since 1999, working with a wide variety of people privately and with the Heart of Kent Hospice. I have taught psychology and counselling courses for adult education for 12 years. I am accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I trained in Clinical Supervision with Inter Psyche. I have supervised for 8 years and began to run supervision groups this year.
