About Me
I have a background in care work and enjoy working with all kinds of people. I studied psychology at Kent University, and then did a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology at London Metropolitan University, finishing in 2004. I am trained to work with cognitive, systemic and psychodynamic theory. This means I am very adaptable to the needs of my clients and can work with individuals, couples, families and young people. I have practiced counselling since 1999, working with a wide variety of people privately and with charities. I have taught psychology and counselling courses for adult education for 10 years. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
